Lynda Jacobsen is an artist living in the seaside village of Great Brak situated on the Garden Route in South Africa. She mainly uses acrylic on canvas or board as her chosen medium to express what she feels and sees.

Her career as an artist started at the age of 30 in Pretoria, where she exhibited her work successfully for the first time.
Currently her work is exhibited in various galleries in the Western Cape from Franschoek to George.

Her work is full of emotions and colour, sometimes light-hearted and often tinged with a sense of sadness.

Inspired and vibrant describe the artist behind the brush allowing the magic to happen while she paints. “My art is an interpretation of what I feel, what I sense and experience and would like to share”
